At Design Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture or decor, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
